一. Product function
Used for bonding sofa sponge, foam, cloth, leather, paper, wood, plastic, PVC, PE, EVA, metal, rubber, insulation cotton, fireproof board, aluminum-plastic board and other materials. Holide 991 sponge spray glue is widely used for sofa spray glue, mattress spray glue, swivel chair spray glue, luggage spray glue and other spray glue bonding.

Features:

1. Strong initial adhesion, fast speed, easy to use, and improve work efficiency;

2. Large spraying surface, generally 12 planes per kilogram;

3. Impermeable pressure-sensitive adhesive, long-lasting viscosity;

4. The adherend can be easily peeled off and repositioned and pasted;

三. Process technology and product features

1. This process directly uses thermoplastic polymer materials, adds unique reinforcing agents, improvers and related additives to form a solvent-based adhesive. The production process is simple and does not require heating. The product is produced by mixing and stirring at room temperature and pressure for about 3 hours.

2. The product has low odor, fast drying (can be bonded in 1-3 minutes), good spraying performance, good initial adhesion, shatterproof, high strength, and is convenient for assembly line production operations; after curing, it has good heat resistance, cold resistance, water resistance, and good comprehensive performance.

3. The product complies with the provisions of the national mandatory "Limits of Harmful Substances in Adhesives for Indoor Decoration Materials" standard GB18583-2001.

4. Storage period: Placed in a room temperature, the shelf life is 12 months.
