Product Features:

This product is a one-component neutral curing high adhesion, is specially designed for all kinds of building structural bonding and sealing silicone glue; With most building materials

Excellent adhesion performance can be obtained without primer, and it has good elongation and water tightness; After the product is cured, it forms a cold, heat-resistant and corrosion-free elastomer.

Excellent weather resistance, anti-aging resistance, ultraviolet resistance, ozone layer resistance and high temperature resistance; It has good compatibility with other silicones of the company.

Main uses:

Structural bonding, assembly and sealing of glass curtain wall, stone marble, granite curtain wall, aluminum plate curtain wall and metal structure engineering; It is suitable for glass lighting ceiling hollow

Glass two-way bonding seal; It is suitable for semi-hidden frame engineering curtain wall design and other types of construction and industrial sealing.

Instructions for use:

It is recommended to set the minimum width and thickness according to the load and wind pressure of the specific curtain wall construction design; The surface of the material in contact with the structural adhesive during construction must be clear

Clean and dry; Before using the product, please send the materials to be used to the company for the compatibility test of the bonding material or do the compatibility test by yourself to confirm the qualification

After construction; Cut the nozzle, and then evenly press down the glue gun into the interface, so that the glue and both sides of the interface are in good contact to ensure that the joint is filled.

Construction requirements:

Do not apply to all surfaces that ooze grease plasticizers or solvents; Do not use in confined spaces or surfaces in direct contact with food or drinking water; base

The surface temperature of the material is lower than 6oC or higher than 40oC is not suitable for construction; Before selecting this product, it should be reviewed against the engineering drawings to confirm that the design meets the relevant standards and specifications.

During the sizing process, construction specifications should be strictly observed.

Storage period:

Keep intact sealed and store in a cool, dry place below 27oC for 10 months from the date of manufacture.
