Product Features:
This product is a one-component neutral curing high adhesion, is specially designed for all kinds of building structural bonding and sealing silicone glue;
It can obtain excellent adhesion performance without primer with most building materials, and has good elongation and watertightness; products
After curing, it forms a cold, heat-resistant and corrosion-free elastomer, excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, ultraviolet resistance, ozone layer resistance and high temperature resistance;
It has good compatibility with other silicone adhesives of the company.
Main uses:
Structural bonding assembly and sealing of glass curtain wall stone, marble, granite curtain wall, aluminum plate curtain wall and metal structure engineering;
It is suitable for two-channel bonding and sealing of insulating glass in the glass roof; Suitable for semi-hidden frame engineering curtain wall design and other types of buildings and
Industrial sealing.
Instructions for use:
It is recommended to set the minimum width and thickness according to the load and wind pressure of the specific curtain wall construction design; Contact with structural adhesive during construction
The surface of the material must be clean and dry; Before using the product, please send the material to be used to our company for bonding material compatibility
Sex test or do your own compatibility test, and only after confirming that it is qualified can it be constructed; Cut the nozzle of the tube, and then evenly press down the glue gun into the interface to make the glue
Good contact with both sides of the interface to ensure that the seam is filled.
Construction requirements:
Do not apply to all surfaces that ooze grease plasticizers or solvents; Not suitable for use in confined spaces or direct contact with food
or the surface of drinking water; The surface temperature of the substrate is lower than 6oC or higher than 40oC and is not suitable for construction; Before selecting this product, it should be compared with engineering drawings
Review to confirm that the design complies with relevant standards and specifications, and the construction specifications should be strictly adhered to during the sizing process.
Storage period:
Keep intact sealed and store in a cool, dry place below 27oC for 10 months from the date of manufacture.
